Hi, I’m Natalie!
I’ve worked in early childhood education for over 30 years, and I’ve spent almost 15 of those years with the Making A Difference family. I began as a Certificate III educator and have grown into roles as Room Leader, 2IC, and now Centre Director. It’s been an incredible journey.
Our centre is a warm, close-knit community where everyone knows each other, and I’m so proud of the caring, creative team I get to work with every day. Together, we make sure every child and family feels welcome and supported.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking my husky around Narrabeen Lakes or Bayview, or spending time with my three grown-up kids. I’m excited to meet more families and be part of all the fun and learning that happens here!
